Manifold Blocks (Standard / Custom designed)
A standard manifold block is a compact, essential component in hydraulic systems that distributes hydraulic fluid, regulates pressure, and controls flow direction, acting as a central hub for fluid routing between pumps, actuators, and other components.
The following accessories are also part of the delivery program :
Adaptor Plate : Adaptor plate is an intermediate plate that allows the hydraulic connection between a directional valve and a Manifold Block. It also provides connections to measure pressure in lines P, A & B.
Sub Plate : The Sub Plate is a mounting plate that allows the installation of a directional valve and provides a piping interface.
Cover Plate : The Cover Plate is a blanking plate used to close hydraulic patterns on a manifold block.
Multi-station Manifold Block : The Multi-station Manifold Block allows stacking of valve arrays and provides hydraulic connections to operate actuators.
